Three sports scored onto one table. Each league awards 14 points to its winner and 1 point to its last place, so a completed cycle of football, baseball and basketball is worth a maximum of 42 points.
Two tables are published. The first is the 2017/18 cycle, the second covers the 2015 and 2016 cycles together, and each column is one league season with the combined total on the right. Football is converted from a head-to-head finish, with regular-season record settling the order among teams that lost in the same playoff round. Baseball and basketball convert straight from the final rotisserie standings.
The two tables do not list the same fourteen managers, and that is not an error in transcription: the league changed hands between cycles. Some franchises were run by a pair in one cycle and by one of the two in another, which is why a surname can appear alone in the early table and inside a pair later. Names are printed exactly as each sheet filed them, halves of a point included, and no total has been recomputed to tidy a rounding difference.
Read down a column rather than across a row and the format shows what it rewards. The managers at the top of the combined table are rarely the ones who won a league outright; they are the ones who avoided a last place. With 14 points for a win and 1 for the bottom, one collapsed season costs more than one title returns, and three mid-table finishes out-score a championship paid for with two failures.
